All NeoBank trademarks, service marks, logos, and content are owned by NeoBank Technologies Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any NeoBank-owned materials without written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant NeoBank a license to use it to provide our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoBank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence that cannot be overridden by contract.
